Documents We Need

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • 2 recent passport-size photos (white background, 35mm x 45mm)
  • Completed South Korea visa application form
  • Day-wise travel itinerary
  • Round-trip flight reservation
  • Hotel bookings or invitation letter
  • Bank statement (6 months)
  • ITR (Income Tax Returns) or Form 16
  • Employment letter / NOC from employer

Important Notes

  • South Korea currently requires physical submission via VFS or Embassy (no eVisa for Indian citizens).
  • Biometrics may be required depending on visa type and VFS center.
  • Visa issuance is subject to final approval by the Consular Section.
  • Make sure all documents are translated into English or Korean if originally in another language.
